B.ILO Constructions, acquisition and sale of lands, buildings and building rights activities initiated in 2000. In order to better respond to the new developments in the real estate market. We decided to establish B.ilo Building & Finance in the People’s Republic of China , operating and specializing in the design and construction of commercial buildings and in intermediation for industrial areas. Furthermore, B.ilo Building & Finance offers a vast range of consulting services, from the acquisition of real estate management to participation in real estate investment funds

All the following managements of the real estate in China are made by B.ilo, whereas in the other countries is made, they are made by local subsidiaries.

China - 7719 apartments to rent of various sizes and styles in the following cities: Beijing / ChengDou / Dujiangyan / Guangzhou / Guilin / Hangzhou / Harbin / Hearbin / HuHeHaoTe / Lishui / Nanning / Shanghai / Shenzhen / Wangjing / Xi an / Xiangfang – of these apartments 6021 are rented while 1698 are, at the moment, on offer for purchase or rental.

Cambodia - 273 partments of various sizes and styles in the following cities: Phnom Penh / Siem Reap / Sihanoukville – of these apartments 213 are rented while 60 are, at the moment, on offer for purchase or rental .

Laos - 273 villas or detached houses of various sizes and styles in the following cities: Vientiane Capital - of these apartments 213 are rented while 60 are, at the moment, on offer for purchase or rental.

Mongolia - 208 apartments of various sizes and styles in the following cities: Gachuurt / Maikhan / Ulaanbaatar / Zaisan District - of these apartments 163 are rented while 45 are, at the moment, on offer for purchase or rental .

South Korea - 195 apartments, villas and detached houses of various sizes and styles in the following cities: Seoul - of these apartments 153 are rented while 42 are, at the moment, on offer for purchase or rental.

Vietnam - 5022 apartments of various sizes and styles in the following cities: Ba Ria / Danang City / Hanoi City / Ho Chi Minh City / My Phuoc / Phan Thiet Town / Phu My Hung / Phuoc Long / Saigon - of these apartments 3918 are rented while 1104 are, at the moment, on offer for purchase or rental .
